Starting a YouTube channel can be exciting, but it’s also intimidating when you create your first video and hit the upload button, only to realize you have no idea on what to do next. In fact, in my experience, that’s how a lot of people approach starting a YouTube channel. This is why I have written this article to help you make money from YouTube fast

This happens mostly because you haven’t done any research on what you need to do to make money from YouTube. I had this mentality as well when I started out making videos for my business. I had no clue what I was doing and thought maybe if it happened to me, it was happening to everyone else too.

So I decided to do something about it, which brings us to today’s article. I’ll be sharing some insider secrets on everything you need to know about video creation on YouTube and the monetization process.

Can I Really Make Money From YouTube?

Yes, it does! Just as the name “YouTube Monetization” implies, it is a process where you earn ad revenue and receive payment from your YouTube videos or even directly from YouTube by using AdSense and/or by becoming a YouTube partner.

It is a way to earn money from your videos without having to spend any money on advertising. When you are a YouTube Partner, you can choose to display ads before, during, or after your video, meaning that every time someone clicks on an ad, you will get paid for it.

7 Tips to Start Creating Videos to Make Money From YouTube

The best way to make money on YouTube is to create videos that educate, inform and entertain. Below is a step-by-step process on how to create videos on YouTube and monetize them in the long run.

  1. Pick a Niche

Pick a niche that is related to your area of expertise. If you are an expert in something, create a channel about it. You can also make money by creating reviews for different products, services, and places. For example, if you’re a chef, you can create a channel about cooking recipes and techniques. Or if you’re a plumber, then you can provide advice and tips on how to fix plumbing problems. The key here is to be able to create content that people want and need and this will help you money from YouTube fast

  1. Create a YouTube Channel

When creating your channel, make sure that it has all the necessary elements: description, keywords (keywords help people find your videos), tags (tags help categorize your videos), and playlists (playlists help organize your videos). It is also important to make sure that your profile picture looks professional so people will trust what they see when they visit your channel.

  1. Create and Optimize Your Videos

Once you have created all the necessary elements for your channel, start uploading videos! You should upload at least one video per week so that people don’t forget about your channel. Make sure that you are using the right keywords in your title, description, and tags so that they appear in search results.

Ensure to optimize your videos by choosing the right keywords for them so that your videos can show up in relevant searches. Check out my article on How to do Keyword Research for Your Videos.

  • Submit the video to relevant subreddits (check out our article on how to find the best ones)
  • Create a blog post about the video so that people can learn more about it
  • Ask your audience to share it with their friends, family, and followers
